It’s Free Bag Friday (the 13th)!

This week we’re offering a SlingShot 202 AW to one lucky winner. To participate, all you have to do is answer the question: “When do you like to use a sling bag?” Add your answer to the Comments area of this blog post. You have until midnight PST, Sunday April 15, 2012 to enter. We’ll pick a winner from the comments and notify via this blog and our Facebook page next week. As always, void where prohibited.

    I see tons of applications and uses of this bag. It’s one of the most comfortable designs out there but, as far as I can tell, this specific bag stands out with its exceptional build quality and plenty of room for extras. Winning this bag would be tremendous support. I would use it on one-day trips when I have to carry a minimal amount of “personal stuff” and when comfort is of special importance!

    This type of bag is great for situations when you have to constantly change lenses and various equipment. I would use this in concerts and weddings primarily! :)

    I would use a sling in Singapore (while having a Singapore Sling), or if I broke my arm and it was in a sling, or if I needed to quickly grab my camera to take a photo of my neices baby in a sling.

    So many times where a Lowepro sling would be so useful!

    Oh well I would use it everyday, looks very comfortable and practical for long walks. The easy access is a great feature!

    When do I not? When I’m out for a quick hike. When I’m coaching/photographing my kids soccer games. When I have a minute to just get out and do some street photography. I use it everywhere all the time.

    Sling packs are perfect for run and gun stuff. Anytime you need to get to your stuff quick it’s just a slide to the front and zip.

    I use a sling bag when hiking or walking to a location out in nature. Much more balanced than a shoulder bag.

    I would use a sling type bag to shoot events like Civil War Reenactments and parades. Its very easy to just sling over the shoulder and go.
