I have a classic Canon mid-size bag. I hate it and little shamed to walk around with that bag. Its sooo ugly and not stylish as this Lowepro. This bag would would make me feel and look stylish! Plus if i take 24-105mm with my camera, 70-200 never fits to Canon bag. This bag looks can take both and more!
The urban reporter 250 is the perfect camera bag for street photography. It doesn’t shout “i-am-a-camera-bag. Perfect for carrying just the essential gears for crowded city like Hong Kong. Most of their shop, food stalls are tightly packed so a small bag like the Urban Reporter 250 fit in the situation just nice. Carrying sling style is a slight disadvantage but since it is not meant for a lot of equipment, you carry just the essentials and that makes the bag light. With the sling carrying style, you can carry it behind you and when the need arises, you can just sling it in front, where you have more security and control of the bag. The best part, the individual camera insert, it’s there for your camera equipment but when you don’t need to your camera by your side, the bag can be use as a normal street bag and can carry the essentials like wallet, sunglasses, phone and best part, you can carry a tablet. I bet the bag can be use as a light travel bag, for those short trip that requires a few piece of clothes and basic essentials. You gotta love this bag, by far the best shoulder bag by Lowepro
I would give this to my brother who is currently taking photography in school and desperately needs a bag.
I could travel through airports easier than with a backpack and not look like a vagabond. Maybe my wife would spend more time with me as i would not look overburdened with bulky backpacks and out of place when we go out with friends. I just might look cool for a change.
Im planning a trip to Asia in Dec-Jan and I need a bag to carry all my gear and then some! I really think the Urban Reporter is the right fit for everything I have to haul to make it a memorable photo experience!
This bag would be the absolute perfect size for the equiptment I have.
