New to DSLR and recreation/hobbyist photography, just upgraded from a nice P/S to a DSLR. Very disappointed in the cheap/flimsy/no padding/fall apart any day bag that came with my camera. Found the bag I want, Lowepro Photo Sport Shoulder 18L and want to make that my go-to bag for all my new gear. It will be perfect for travel and it looks fantastic too!
My current camera bag? The cheap, flimsy, no padding, will fall apart if I actually try to use it bag that came with my new camera purchase. I’m new to DSLR and want to protect my gear as best I can when I travel. I am in love with the Photo Sport Shoulder 18L! I love it’s versatility and that it doesn’t look like a typical camera case/bag.

(can’t seem to get into my twitter alas) My current camera bag? Well, it isn’t actually “a camera bag” per se . . . There is padding and what-have-you, but it’s just a pack, and it gets carried quite carefully at that. USED TO have a LowPro Sling, but that is no longer (sigh). AND SO, she definitely needs a new bag!!
My first camera gag was a Toploader Zoom 45. It’s been a great bag for a starter, but I outgrew it 3 lenses ago and now have a flash and other gear to carry! I’ve found some creative ways to attach multiple lenses to it, but it’s not convenient or safe for my gear. If I win, I would finally upgrade to a backpack style – Fastpack 250 or maybe an AW version. Part of my job involves taking cancer survivors on scuba/shark dives so I travel often and sometimes leave some of my gear on the boat.

Could really use a bigger bag or backpack to carry my gear/laptop out to concerts and events I shoot. Currently using a lowepro bag that one fits one body and lense or a laptop bag where all my stuff just rolls around. Just took a career leap and focusing more on photography. Help!
