“If my bag could talk, I’m sure it’d tell you how much it hates me and how I always seem to get it into tough situations; whether it be hanging off a cliff, being buried in sand or thrown in the mud.”
My ProTactic 450 AW Backpack has always got my back! (Pun most definitely intended) Wherever I wander it follows. I instantly fell in love with the versatility of the ProTactic Series. It immediately eliminated the need for multiple backpacks; one day it can be a laptop bag, a hiking bag or a camera bag. I can fit just about anything I need for a weekend adventure or quick hike. I have different load outs and make changes to my exterior setup as much as I do to the interior thanks to its useful Molle system.
This bag makes carrying gear a breeze, really distributing the weight of the equipment while staying snug to one’s back; which allows the ProTactic and you to move in unison. I take this bag on all my adventures; I feel almost naked when I don’t have it on my back!

Some may look at this list and say it’s overkill, but I like to be prepared for any situation. If McGyver carried a backpack, it’d be this one. The beauty of this bag is that it’s versatile enough to be able to hold all of one’s needs or slim down to the bare essentials of water, snacks and maybe a change of clothes. I can haphazardly throw it in my jeep and head out on a weekend adventure knowing I have everything I need.
I’m not sure what bags love to do when they’re not on their owners back, but I think I’ve given my ProTactic 450 a great life. I take it on long strolls on the beach, and we bask under a blanket of stars regularly. I mean what else could a bag ask for? Backpack Massage? 😆
